Before each home remodel or renovation project can begin, Konceptz by F&F has a complimentary site consultation with each client. During this session, we will discuss:

    • Client’s remodeling goals
    • Client’s wants and needs
    • Inspired designs and styles
    • Recommendations
    • Structural and Zoning
    • Other requirements and constraints
    • Project timelines and Budget

We, then proceed to further refine their project and provide additional product preferences so that we can create a preliminary project estimate.

After the initial project estimate has been approved, our architectural and design team begin working on items required for constructing the project and meeting permitting and zoning requirements, such as:

    • Conceptual designs
    • Construction drawings
    • Three-dimensional renderings

Most importantly, a mutual agreement and a detailed project plan is created for clear communication on timeframes, roles and responsibilities, project scope and requirements for the construction phase.

This phase is about executing the vision detailed during the planning phases of the project. As the construction process begins, we pull all the required permits and a seasoned project manager is assigned to each client. They will be the single point of contact for the client and responsible for ensuring that construction proceeds according to plan and project schedule. Also, throughout the construction phase, our construction crews pay particular attention to maintaining site cleanliness.
